Silvia Plaza (they/she/he) is a queer, multiply neurodivergent therapist: late diagnosed autistic, ADHD, dyspraxic (self-diagnosed), and C-PTSD. They work from a pluralistic, social justice and transfeminist framework.

Silvia is the founder of Violet Psychology, a Dublin-based independent practice with affiliated therapists specialised in LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapy, as well as support groups for these communities.

Beyond the therapy room, Silvia is also a speaker and trainer, delivering workshops and training sessions on neurodivergence for organisations and professional teams.

In celebration of Pride, and as part of our In This Together programme for neurodivergent adults in the border counties, join us on Monday, 27th July at 12pm for a session with Silvia where they will share their experiences as a member of the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ Community, their work as a neuro-affirming therapist and a question and answer session from the team at Specialisterne.
