We wanted to share the story of how we at Specialisterne defined our values.
Recently, the team engaged in a values exercise with Resiliency Hub. Establishing our personal values throughout the training session sparked an interest in officially identifying and defining our company values. While integrity, empathy, respect, growth, resilience and psychological safety have always been at the heart of what we do, we wanted to highlight these to the individuals and organisations who engage with our service.
We brainstormed and examined our own personal values and how these aligned with the work we do. We then took a look at the values from a professional viewpoint and shortlisted those that were particularly important to us as a team.

Reflecting on our personal and professional values was a rewarding and enjoyable exercise for every member of Specialisterne. It created the space for us to share what drives us as a team and where we want to go as an organisation: driving organisational and systemic change, and ensuring all of our candidates feel respected, accepted and valued.
