Join Specialisterne Ireland for an engaging session exploring neurodiversity in the workplace and the practical steps employers and employees can take to create more inclusive working environments.
As part of the WIN – Workplace Inclusion: Neurodiversity Project, this event will introduce participants to the project, its resources and how they can be used to support neuroinclusive workplaces.
The session will include:
- Understanding Neurodiversity in the Workplace – An accessible introduction to neurodiversity and what it can mean for individuals in employment.
- Why the WIN Project Matters – An overview of the project and its importance in supporting more inclusive and accessible workplaces.
- Practical Resources for Employers and Employees – Explore the WIN Project materials, guidance and resources available to help organisations take practical steps towards greater inclusion.
- Lived Experience – Hear directly from a neurodivergent individual about their experience of employment, navigating the workplace and the importance of understanding and support.
- What Next? – Find out how you can engage with the WIN Project resources and learn more about the support and services available through Specialisterne Ireland.
Who is this event for?
This event is open to employers, HR professionals, managers, employees, educators and anyone interested in creating more neuroinclusive workplaces.
You do not need to have prior knowledge or experience of neurodiversity to attend. Whether you are beginning your organisation’s neuroinclusion journey or looking for practical ways to strengthen existing approaches, this session will provide an opportunity to learn, ask questions and explore available resources.
Come along to learn more about neurodiversity, hear a lived-experience perspective and discover practical ways to support inclusion in the workplace.
