To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Specialisterne hosted an online panel discussion exploring what it really takes to build meaningful, sustainable pathways to employment for neurodivergent individuals.
In line with this year’s theme, From Awareness to Action: Making Organisational Change Happen, this session centred on lived experience and leadership stories from neurodivergent individuals, employers and educators.
Terry Gleeson and Melissa Mooney from Specialisterne hosted a free information session for neurodivergent employees and employers/line managers on the Workplace Needs Assessment process.
The session covered what a Workplace Needs Assessment involves and how to access one for free under the government’s Work and Access grant.
